**Yêu Cầu**:
Proven experience (5+ years) in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT/Tech recruitment within a global company. Strong track record of managing recruitment across offshore, nearshore, and onshore models. Deep knowledge of IT roles (software engineering, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, data, etc.) and ability to engage with technical talent. Exceptional stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, etc.). Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); other languages are a plus. Ability to work across multiple time zones and adapt to a fast paced, international environment.
