Quality Assurance Supervisor

**Description for Quality Assurance Supervisor
- Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**:

- Manage quality management activities.
- Train and supervise the implementation of Quality Management System in the factory to ensure that the products provide is fit for purpose, meets both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer expectations and at the same time to improve the company’s efficiency and profitability by reducing waste.
- Coordinate to related departments (R&D, production, purchasing, finishing, packing.) in improving production quality and reducing unqualified products.
- Drive a 4 months plan to map out Quality procedure and write SOP for the Quality department.
- Write a clear process and Brief for IT department to follow for coding ERP system to suit the Quality control department
- Specify a list and outline the requirements for any templates needed to input data in ERP.
- Work with IT to create internal and external (sent to customer) reporting from data in ERP.
- Monthly quality analysis - (internal and external). **1**st** week every month**:

- Conduct weekly meeting with QC team, follow up each work station defects & rework root cause
- Corrective Action Plan (CAP), Customer quality claims counter measure
- Updating Quality Standard Manual quarterly (QC Handbook manual and ERP)
- Conduct and update product in-house construction and packaging testing
- **Requirements for Quality Assurance Supervisor - Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related majors
- **At least 3 years of experience working in quality assurance experience in the Furniture Industry**:

- Knowledge of furniture products
- Fluent English in both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Exhibit effective communication skills and have the ability to interact with others
