Quality Assurance Specialist

1. Develop and Implement Quality Control Process:
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality control procedures for different stages of production.
+ Create and maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines.
+ Ensure that quality control processes, from raw materials procurement to final delivery.
+ Identify and address any deviations or non-conformities, and collaborate with relevant teams to rectify issues promptly.

2. Conduct Quality Inspections and Testing:
+ Perform regular inspections and audits of production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
+ Inspect the loading system at the port and quality of products during transportation.
+ Identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate corrective actions to enhance product quality.
+ Monitor key quality control metrics and generate reports to measure the performance and efficiency of the process.

3. Supplier Quality Management:
+ Collaborate with the procurement team to evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to meet quality requirements.
+ Address supplier quality issues and work with suppliers to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.

4. Documentation and Reporting:
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality inspections, test,...
+ Prepare reports and quality metrics for management review.
+ Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and assist in preparing documentation for audits and certifications.

5. Training and Continuous Improvement:
+ Conduct training sessions on quality control processes and procedures for employees to enhance their understanding and compliance.
+ Stay updated with industry trends and innovative control methods to improve overall quality assurance processes.
+ Design and execute experiments and tests to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of new methods.

- University Degree/ Collegein related fields
- At least 02 years of experience in the same position.
- Proficient English skills, both written and spoken

General Requirements:

- Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to quickly adapt and work with new software
- Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
