I. Job Description

1. PQA task - QA Process:

  • Coordinate with Project Managers (PMs) to support and monitor project performance through predefined metrics.
  • Develop and update quality assurance documentation, internal reports, and processes related to software development and project management.
  • Plan, control, track, monitor, and report issues related to product/project process assurance.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with the plan; remind and alert Project Leaders and team members about task due dates.
  • Conduct periodic internal assessments, inspections, and reminders to ensure approved procedures and processes are properly implemented within the organization.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate weekly/monthly product or project quality indicators.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management to monitor and control software product/project quality.
  • Identify potential risks and propose preventive measures during product/project development.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors and company management.
  • Train and support the QA team on systems, policies, procedures, and core workflows.

2. Manual QA Task:

  • Organize training activities to increase awareness and help the delivery team buy into the defined processes.
  • Knowledge of software testing and software development process.
  • Having knowledge of testing design techniques and testing strategies.
  • Experience in API testing, Database testing (SQL)Manage issues/risks, guarantee software quality, and create test reports.

II. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of project management, software development process, and software development methodology like Agile/Scrum, Kanban.
  • Have knowledge of software development processes and quality management models (such as CMMI, ISO 9001, ISO
  • Possessing project management–related certifications or ITIL, PQA-related certifications (such as CSQA, CPQA, CMMI Associate, or ISO Lead Auditor) is an advantage.
  • At least 1 years of experience QA/QC/Test engineer.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software project process quality assurance.
  • Demonstrate logical thinking, attention to detail, and strong analytical and information synthesis skills.
  • Be proactive, persistent, eager to learn, and highly responsible at work.
  • Communicate clearly, work well independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Experience in process definition, project audit, and improvement in the IT field
  • Team player, energetic personality, quality minded, focused, committed, able to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • English communication skills.
