About Quality Assurance Intern

The 
QA (Quality Assurance) Intern
 plays a crucial role in supporting the QA team to ensure the quality of software products before release. They contribute to creating a seamless and flawless user experience by participating in testing processes, identifying bugs, and proposing improvements. With a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a continuous learning mindset, QA Interns help enhance product reliability and optimization, delivering the highest value to users.

What will be your daily work?

• Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to validate product requirements and ensure user needs are met.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test cases for our web and mobile applications.
• Work directly with Product and Engineering teams to facilitate bug fixing and successful feature releases.
• Create and maintain essential test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and detailed reports.
• Actively participate in defining and maintaining QA procedures to ensure the highest product quality.
• Maintain a strong customer focus, always considering the user's perspective.

You're likely to land the job if you have

• You are a final-year student or recent graduate available for a part-time or full-time internship.
• You are preferably majoring in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or possess strong demonstrable IT knowledge).
• You possess strong logical and critical thinking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• English proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication within the team.
• You are genuinely eager to learn and grow within the Quality Assurance field.
• You are a fast learner, able to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies.
• You are customer-focused and passionate about delivering excellent user experiences.
