**THE POSITION**

The specialist’s purpose is to research, test and validate new or improved processes or technologies that can result in an optimized production model/workflow that will allow for further automation and/or a reduction in manual processing time and/or quality. The objective is to reduce unit cost per quantity, enable unlimited scalability, and improve quality and consistency of delivered outputs.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- 1. Production model validation and development_
- Comprehensive support development, implementation, and maintenance: Provide end-to-end support for all aspects of the production configuration management process, including development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Component definition, testing, and validation: Participate in defining optimal production options and validate individual components within the production model. Conduct testing to ensure each product meets predefined quality standards and performs reliably under production conditions.
- Processing time, tools and skills mapping: Analyze and optimize processing times by identifying inefficiencies in the production workflow. Map the necessary tools, resources, and skills to streamline operations, reduce delays, and boost productivity. Implement improvements, tool upgrades, and training to maintain high-quality output.
- 2. Test new production methods/technologies_
- Review, test and optimize existing production processes: Review current production workflows to identify improvement opportunities. Test and optimize processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance output.
- Support new product testing and validation: Play a key role in testing and validating new products, ensuring their compatibility and readiness for mass production. Collaborate closely with production line teams to ensure the smooth integration and testing of new products within established workflows.
- Test, validate new AI models: Work on testing and validating new AI models that are being integrated into production systems. Ensure these models meet performance standards, deliver expected results, and improve the efficiency and quality of production processes.
- Test new 3rd party production technology: Stay up to date with the latest developments in third-party production technologies. Conduct research and run tests to assess the feasibility, advantages, and potential integration of new technologies into existing production systems.
- Support the implementation team to embed process improvements into live production: Support the implementation team to provide valuable input for the development and updates of key production documentation, such as Service Level Agreements (SLAs), training content, production samples, and operational guidelines. Ensure that all updates are in line with the industry’s best practices and aligned with company
- 3. Set standard processing times _
- Update processing time based on new method: Continuously evaluate and update standard processing times in response to new or modified production methods and processes. Ensure that these updates reflect improvements in efficiency, changes in technology, or optimization of production workflows, thereby maintaining accurate and relevant benchmarks.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3-5 years of working in photo editing, strong in editing technical background
- Good English communication
- Good Quality control and project management experience

Working time: 9h-18h (Mon-Fri)
