**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan, execute and manage Affluent Strategy and tactical business plan, considering the market opportunity/growth potential, competitor activity, existing capabilities and risk appetite, delivering Affluent business goals.
- Develop sales strategy for business leads acquisition working with Branch Banking, Analytics and marketing teams
- Define and develop a service-based sales culture alongside management processes and measures
- Responsible for building wealth product capabilities working with in-house teams and 3rd party product providers and regulators
- Build Model Affluent branch and physical network and self-service channels in Affluent and HNW areas
- Marketing strategies and tactical campaigns to build and establish an Affluent banking proposition and image catering to the needs and desires of Vietnam’s wealthy individuals and business owners
- Create functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develop budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure
- Responsible of leading the Affluent Banking team and support functions to deliver the 2020 Affluent strategy and its business goals
- Hiring, training and coaching of sales and service staff of relationship managers, product specialists and service staff, attracting and retaining the right talent to manage affluent clients
- Working with 3rd party product providers (Eg. Insurance & Wealth Management), vendors, partners and regulators

**REQUIRE**MENTS**:
Educational Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree from top-tier institution
- Master’s degree qualification will be an added advantage

Relevant Experience
- 5+ years of managerial experience
- 10-15 Years’ Experience in banking, in the areas of Affluent segment, product & sales

Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
- Extensive experience in Relationship Management and Affluent and/or Private Banking business
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Affluent Segment and Wealth Management
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with a good understanding of how economic events impact global markets.
- Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements of all product

**Skills**:

- Relationship/People Management Skills, Leadership skills, Effective Communication skills

- Dynamic, resourceful and highly achievement-oriented and ability for multi-tasking and dealing with multiple priorities
- Ability to lead teams and interact with top levels of bank management
