Our client is a leading joint stock bank in Vietnam who is looking for experienced talent to join their firm:

- Define vision, strategies, and tactics to handle market trends in order to maximize the bank's competitive position
- Lead the creation and ongoing strategic planning of the bank’s overall strategy
- Develop a clear roadmap and translate the bank’s strategy into transformation actions and initiatives in order to accomplish the bank’s strategic and financial goals.
- Take the lead in the execution of significant organizational transformation and change programs, including the direct supervision of effort for digital transformation
- Measure and manage hard (financial) and soft (cultural) transformation metrics and goals.
- Lead execution and project management, holding the team accountable and ensuring that deadlines are met across high-priority, cross-functional projects.
- Support the CEO and Management team with prioritization of initiatives in order to achieve the bank’s financial objectives.
- Provide continuous support, regular feedback, and periodic reports on progress against planned initiatives through key performance indicators.
- Lead market research activities (external perspective), and develop & manage a data & analytics framework (internal perspective) to identify potential strategic and tactical initiatives, in conjunction with Management to enhance the bank’s performance.
- Provide ongoing assistance, regular feedback, and periodic reports on progress toward planned initiatives via key performance indicators.
- Provide periodic and ad hoc research reports, data & analytical support, with advice and recommendations to the CEO & Management to aid in decision-making.
- Engage and work with external consultants on strategy development and various key initiatives.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree finance, economics, strategy, business or similar required Professional Qualifications At least 10 years of work experience in Banking Industry Relevant experience of minimum of 3-5 years in Strategic banking Planning Leadership, team management, developing and mentoring Metrics driven mindset High level influencing and interpersonal skills Relationship building, negotiation, problem solving and trouble shooting Critical thinking and problem solving skills
