- Supervise and support teams on multiple projects, to include quality checking work, allocation of work, dealing with queries and general day to day supervision;
- Develop own and the team's practical knowledge and experience with contract review and contract drafting
- To propose/improve company contract management process.
- Identify the ability of the current organization and the internal control system to give reasonable

warranty of the legal compliance of the practices of the various activities of the group, on the

prevention of disputes/ risks.
- Law office management
- Supplier evaluation, third party rule
- Confirmation and response to the new Vietnamese law
- Communication with the Vietnamese Agency
- Application for investment permit, etc.
- Others assigned by superior.

Kiến thức và kỹ năng đặc biệt/Knowledge and special skill:
Experience / knowledge:
Bachelor of law faculty

At least 5 year experiences at legal affairs - relevant fields of contract management, document management, update on legal documents, compliance matters, experience in factory of more than 1,000 employees is an advantage.

Having experience in project management and team leader

Skills / abilities

Positive & critical Thinking; time management; Planning; good communication

Good computer skills: Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)

English or Japanese: speaking, writing, listening, reading at good level

**Job Requirements**:
