JOB OVERVIEW Manual test leader in short term, Full stack QC leader in long term. 1- Good English communication, collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and clients to understand requirements and 2- Good testing strategies, planning and estimation 3- Have experience 5+years website testing and 2+years leading to manage QC team (~5->10 QCs) across full stack projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables. 4- Perform both manual and automated testing, ensuring coverage and efficiency. 5- Fast learning and adapt to new technologies/tools. Pro-active to improve testing productivity 6- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, performance testing 7- Have experience with CMS platform such as WordPress, sitecore and optical is plus **REQUIREMENTS**: - Good to work well with team members & customers. Good planning and strategy with website. - Ability to learn new technologies and quickly adapt to new situations. - Ability to work on both of automation and manual testing - Ability to troubleshoot script related issues; - Ability to review test scripts and results generated by other testers; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; - Experienced work with Jenkins, Performance Testing is plus. - Experienced work with CMS is plus.
