Job Title: Offshore Project Manager - Digital Transformation (CMS Migration)

Location: Vietnam (Offshore)

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead the offshore delivery of a strategic digital transformation initiative. The project involves migrating multiple corporate websites from various legacy platforms to a modern, secure, and scalable headless CMS for an APAC client.

This role is based offshore in Vietnam and requires close coordination with the onsite team in Singapore, including the client’s PMO, agency stakeholders, business analyst and technical leads. You will act as the central bridge between offshore development teams and onsite stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary offshore point of contact for the onsite PMO, agency partners, and client stakeholders.
- Facilitate daily communication and ensure alignment across teams and time zones.
- Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for the offshore development team.
- Manage offshore project planning, sprint execution, and delivery milestones.
- Monitor progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies to onsite leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional offshore teams including frontend/backend developers, QA, and CMS specialists.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation practices, and delivery protocols.
- Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure process discipline.
- Oversee QA planning and execution to ensure defect-free releases.
- Support post-deployment reviews and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in offshore delivery or digital/web projects.
- Proven ability to manage cross-border teams and coordinate with onsite stakeholders.
- Understanding of CMS platforms and web technologies.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CMS migration projects involving platforms such as Sitecore, Sitefinity, Contenful, or headless CMS solutions.
- Familiarity enterprise IT environments.
- PMP, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
