- Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and standards to ensure product quality.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers and testers.
- Oversee the entire testing process, including the creation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure

comprehensive test coverage.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics and KPIs to management.
- Participate in building and continuously improve QA processes through the adoption of industry

best practices and new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations.
- Manage the QA team’s workload and resource allocation.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have at least 5 years of experience working in a QA/Tester position, including at least 2 years of

experience in a management position.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with software testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CMMI, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or CSQA are a plus.
- Basic English communication required.
