**Job description**:

- Phân tích yêu cầu, lên test plan và phát triển test case, thực hiện test manual, automation test.
- Hướng dẫn và đào tạo các thành viên trong Team.
- Báo cáo và theo dõi bug hằng ngày.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm kiểm thử phần mềm web/mobile app, từng làm việc tại các Công ty Product là 1 điểm cộng.
- Có kinh nghiệm thực tế với automation test (sử dụng framework playwright), hiểu rõ quy trình phát triển phần mềm và các giai đoạn kiểm thử.
- Từng có kinh nghiệm tại vị trí Test Lead hoặc quản lý team.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề.
- Có khả năng tự nghiên cứu và thích ứng nhanh với công nghệ mới.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc theo mô hình phát triển sản phẩm Agile (Scrum).
- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, sáng tạo, ý thức kỷ luật cao.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các hệ thống bug tracking.
- Có khả năng viết báo cáo, phân tích dữ liệu test.
- Đọc hiểu các tài liệu kỹ thuật bằng Tiếng Anh là một lợi thế.
