**Job description**:

- Tiếp nhận yêu cầu kiểm thử các sản phẩm, dịch vụ CNTT;
- Thực hiện tìm hiểu, làm rõ yêu cầu, đưa ra chiến lược kiểm thử cho yêu cầu sản phẩm, dịch vụ CNTT;
- Xây dựng các tài liệu, kế hoạch kiểm thử, thiết kế kịch bản, báo cáo kiểm thử, báo cáo lỗi kiểm thử;
- Thực hiện kiểm thử, đánh giá chất lượng sản phẩm.
- Quản lý nhóm kiểm thử Auto/ Manual theo dự án/phạm vi công việc được giao

**Your skills and experience**:
**1. Trình độ đào tạo**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học (hệ chính quy) trở lên, chuyên ngành: Công nghệ thông tin, Toán tin, Kinh tế, Tài chính, Ngân hàng...

**2. Trình độ chuyên môn**:

- Có kinh nghiệm về kiểm thử tự động/ quản lý kiểm thử trong ngân hàng, tổ chức tài chính, tập đoàn và công ty về CNTT, fintech;
- Có kiến thức tổng quan về tài chính, ngân hàng;
- Có hiểu biết sâu, rộng về hoạt động kiểm thử phần mềm;
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các dự án theo quy trình Agile/Scrum...

**3. Yêu cầu khác**:

- Ưu tiên các ứng viên biết sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ kiểm thử tự động, có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các công cụ hỗ trợ Automation Test, viết test script;
- Ưu tiên có kiến thức về truy vấn dữ liệu, ngôn ngữ SQL, làm việc được với CSDL phổ biến;
- Ưu tiên ứng viên am hiểu nghiệp vụ ngân hàng, có hiểu biết về quy trình, sản phẩm, dịch vụ trong ngân hàng;
- Có chứng chỉ đào tạo về kiểm thử phần mềm là 1 lợi thế.
