**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Technical Support**: Provide post-sales technical support for cybersecurity solutions, (Palo Alto, Juniper, F5, Fortinet)
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to security solutions, ensuring mínimal disruption to client operations.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with our solutions.
- **Implementation Support**: Assist clients with the deployment, configuration, and optimization of cybersecurity products.
- **Training**: Provide training to clients on the effective use and management of cybersecurity solutions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of support activities, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team, product managers, and other technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a post-sales technical support role, preferably in IT and cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity products from Palo Alto, Juniper, Checkpoint, Fortinet
- Configuring network protocols DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Access List, VPN
- Managing File Server, Router, Switch, Nas, Firewall
- **Certifications**: CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, PCNSA, PCNSE**:
- **Skills**:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in networking and security protocols.
