MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Work with an empathetic attitude and if there is any problem which cannot be handled, must contact Restaurant Supervisor/Asst. Restaurant Manager.
- Ensure that all guests are greeted courteously and attentively in the working area.
- Seats, takes orders and serves food and beverages to guests according to the established sequence and procedures
- Ensure the prompt and efficient service required by the resort’s standards.
- Take order from any food & beverage outlet menus.
- Ensure all mis-en-place for restaurant service is correctly prepared prior to opening hour of service.
- Clear and re-set tables and/or counter at conclusion of each course
- Assist Supervisor in presenting menus and answering enquiries and making suggestions regards to food, beverage and service to guests in a courteous and effective manner in peak dining periods
- Have a good knowledge of all outlet menu and F&B day to day activities.
- Recommend and promote items as directed by the Restaurant Supervisor/Asst. Restaurant Manager.
- Ensure the assigned station is fully stocked with full and clean condiment containers, guest supplies and tableware at all times
- Upkeep and maintains Restaurant’s dining and working areas. Report maintenances faults.
- Always maintain the highest standard of social skills.
- Complete any other duty assigned by management.
