In this role, you will provide reliable management and operational leadership to our rapidly expanding team in Vietnam. This includes working closely with senior management on the alignment of strategic goals, implementation of company systems and processes, strengthening of internal communication and cohesion, enforcement of corporate discipline, and handling of company budgets and assets.
You will play a frontline role in helping us professionalise our operations, and contribute directly towards building a pleasant, professional, and excellent work environment that enables our colleagues to be the best version of themselves.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Alignment of strategic goals- Implementation of company systems and processes, and leading the professionalisation of Treehouse’s operations in Vietnam-
- Driving and implementation of company-level initiatives and culture-
- Facilitation of inter-office communication and cohesion-
- Management of budgets and enforcement of corporate discipline-
- Identify and take care of our colleagues’ needs, including motivating, training, and developing them professionally-
- Working with the Corporate team to oversee the upkeep of Treehouse’s physical premises in Vietnam-
- Serving as our main point of contact in Vietnam, and as the company’s spokesperson and brand ambassador in professional and public engagements- Establishing good relationships with key stakeholders and partners in Vietnam
**Skills & Requirements**
- At least 5-7 years of management experience in a multinational role or environment- Strong understanding of Vietnam business laws and regulations-
- Background and connections in tech/Web3 are a huge bonus-
- Deep appreciation for the importance of good management practices-
- Maturity and professionalism in resolving issues and challenges as they arise-
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment-
- Strong desire to help one’s teammates and colleagues develop and grow-
- Minimally a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university-
- Fluency in both spoken and written Vietnamese and English- Must be residing in, or be willing to relocate to, Ho Chi Minh city
