1.1 配合PE实施新产品导入（试作，测试，检验）Hỗ trợ PE trong việc triển khai sản phẩm mới (thử nghiệm, kiểm tra, đánh giá)

1.2 管控生产效率Quản lý hiệu suất sản xuất

1.3 推动用相关技术资源来解决生产问题或指导改进Sử dụng các nguồn lực kỹ thuật để giải quyết vấn đề sản xuất hoặc hướng dẫn cải tiến.

2. 程序Quy trình

2.1 落实已制定的程序，修正并完善生产相关流程Thực hiện các quy trình đã được thiết lập, sửa đổi và hoàn thiện quy trình sản xuất

2.2 严格执行ISO要求，确保使用受控版、最新版文件Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các yêu cầu ISO, đảm bảo sử dụng phiên bản tài liệu được kiểm soát và cập nhật.

3.管理Quản lý

3.1负责车间管理（安全、5S和纪律）Quản lý xưởng sản xuất (an toàn, 5S và kỷ luật)

3.2 负责操作员、组长技能提高和分配的相关培训Đào tạo và nâng cao kỹ năng cho nhân viên và tổ trưởng
