Job Purpose :

Maximize productivity and improve manufacturing cost-effectiveness
.

Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:

  1. Establish and operate an annual production plan.
  2. Productivity Management: Yield management, nonconformity management…
  3. Delivery Management: Customer Delivery Management, Lead Time Management
  4. Efficiency Management: Process rationalization operation, loss management, efficiency management
  5. Organization and personnel management in the production department
  6. Training and training of production manpower
  7. Annual Budget Management in Production
  8. Other jobs assigned by the Operation manager.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

  1. At least 5 years of working experience in the same position is required. We prioritize candidates who have experience in Assembly, Testing, and Packing (Producing electronics parts).
  2. Language: English fluency
  3. Pro-active and work carefully, be able to work under pressure
  4. Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
  5. Excellent planning, negotiating, and organizing skills
  6. Ability to motivate co-workers, colleagues, and others
  7. Making report skill and presentation skills; teamwork skill
  8. LEAN Kaizen, 6 sigma, MS office
  9. Ability to operate in a systematic and logical manner.
