**In short**:
The Environmental Project Manager will be the point of contact for all environmental matters in production. The person will spearhead the supplier environmental performance measurement program on the ground, and ensure that On’s suppliers meet our production standards and requirements. The role is based in Ho chi minh City, reporting to the Asia Environmental Social Governance (ESG) Lead - Asia for On.

**Your Mission**:

- Contribute to operationalizing the environmental projects of the responsible sourcing strategy in collaboration with our sourcing team & supply chain business partners in Europe and Asia.
- Contribute to building and implementing the supplier HIGG FEM program. Work with the greater On ESG team to drive raw materials and certifications-related work.
- Build and deliver improvements plans and training on environmental sustainability topics both internally at On, and with suppliers and other industry stakeholders.
- Support environmental impact reduction projects such as: renewable energy, energy efficiency, production waste, water usage, and chemical management.
- Opportunity to expand responsibilities + further shape the role in collaboration with the ESG Lead-Asia

**Your story**:

- You've have a degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related area and/or 5+ years experience in the footwear/apparel industry or a related industry.
- 5+ years experience in the field of environmental management, chemical safety, and/or implementation of renewable energy, waste, or water reduction programs.
- You have a thirst for learning and are driven by impact.
- Responsible, resilient, and adaptable, you take pride in your ability to manage a wide range of projects while always delivering WOW.
- Your highly skilled at working cross-functionally, building relationships, and communicating what really matters to a variety of stakeholders.
- Open minded, respectful, and a great listener, you're a master at expressing yourself, both verbally and through the written word.
- You speak fluent English, as well as Vietnamese, and/or additional languages.
