Participate in digital transformation projects of SmartOSC’s clients in the globe.
- Lead and manage a team of 15+ developers and technical staff in a global project.
- Oversee the technical design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, provide solutions, and manage technical expectations.
- Perform code reviews, provide mentorship to team members, and foster technical excellence.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including project managers, BA, tester, and DevOps.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive engineering best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the business.
- Support post-sales solution implementation (if needed) to ensure success and satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (8+ years) in software development, with a strong focus on either Java or JavaScript.
- Solid background in system design, software architecture, and performance optimization.
- Previous experience in a technical leadership or managerial role.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience working with AWS cloud platform.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
