The **Associate Technical Manager - companion animal **is a member of Zoetis Companion Animals (CA) Technical team that in charge of developing and reinforcing the scientific reputation of Zoetis CA brands; and contributing and leveraging veterinary expertise to support business growth by delivering superior technical support and initiating relevant projects to enhance commercial success.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Providing technical supporting services and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders in the assigned territory and/or by assigned brands**
- Manage technical responsibilities, including pharmacovigilance reporting and addressing technical objections.
- Collaborate with the product management team to develop technical materials for both vets and pet owners, suitable for online and offline use.
- Advise the product management team on brand communication strategies and interactions with external stakeholders.
- Coordinate technical events and vet engagement activities, such as group detailing, product workshops, webinars, and seminars.
- Install diagnostic devices and manage after-sales services.

**Collaborate with Technical Lead in building up technical knowledge and capabilities of sales and product management team in the assigned territory and for assigned brands**
- Communicate technical directions from the Technical Manager to the internal team through training and assessment activities.
- Assist the Technical Manager in developing educational materials and tools, such as e-detailing decks, product presentations, and FAQ guidebooks.
- Organize training and assessment activities based on the Technical Manager's curriculum, and conduct field coaching on technical skills.

**Manage project which supports Technical Lead in technical portfolio planning including scientific brand plan and new product launching.**
- Lead or co-lead projects of Technical Team by assignment of Technical Lead by aggressive deployment of variant-specific technical activities
- Study emerging demand to fulfill current portfolio and deeply involve in NPI launching process
