**Responsibilities**:
You are responsible for tasks in the following areas:

- Collaborate with clients and teams to make designs easy to use.
- Manage small to medium projects from beginning to end, ensuring they're done on time and meet client needs.
- Create wireframes, designs, and prototypes.
- Get feedback and make designs better based on what users say.
- Work with developers to put designs into action.
- Focus on making designs that users like and keep up with design standards.

Qualifications/ Experience Requirements:

- Good understanding of design rules, and can use them well in projects.
- 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Having worked at an agency or outsourcing company before is a plus.
- Familiarity with using Figma.
- A portfolio that shows design work and how well it works.
- Can handle lots of projects and deadlines at once.
- Knows how to use Agile methods.

- Willing to do great work even when things are tough.
- Can handle changes and problems.
