**What will you do?**:
**Key responsibilities**
- Work with the development team to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that convey the design vision.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and preferences.
- Use design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision to create visual designs and prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design goals are aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design or related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- **Excellent communication and collaboration skills.**
