**1. UX/UI Designer cho phần mềm quản trị nội bộ CMS**:

- Chủ động thực hiện các nghiên cứu/ đánh giá về hành vi người dùng;
- Phụ trách tìm các giải pháp tối ưu hoá UI/UX website thương mại điện tử cho thị trường US-UK;
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bên liên quan (PM, BA, Marketing,...) để đưa ra phương án thiết kế phù hợp với nhu cầu của người dùng;
- Chủ động theo dõi, cập nhật các xu hướng mới về UI/UX trên thị trường để có thể ứng dụng được vào công việc;
- Theo dõi, phân tích và báo cáo hiệu quả của các tính năng.

**2. UX/UI Designer cho website thương mại điện tử**
- Chủ động thực hiện các nghiên cứu/ đánh giá về hành vi người dùng;
- Phụ trách tìm các giải pháp tối ưu hoá UI/UX website thương mại điện tử cho thị trường US-UK;
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bên liên quan (PM, BA, Marketing,...) để đưa ra phương án thiết kế phù hợp với nhu cầu của người dùng;
- Chủ động theo dõi, cập nhật các xu hướng mới về UI/UX trên thị trường để có thể ứng dụng được vào công việc;
- Theo dõi, phân tích và báo cáo hiệu quả của các tính năng.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

1. UX/UI Designer (hệ thống CMS):
+ Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm thiết kế hệ thống quản trị, quản lý CRM, bán hàng;
+ Kỹ năng đọc, hiểu, viết tiếng Anh tốt;
+ Kiến thức tốt về hệ thống quản trị CMS;
+ Nắm vững kiến thức chuyên môn về thiết kế giao diện người dùng, kiến thức về UX bao gồm luật UX, UX Research (Usability Testing);
+ Tư duy logic, hệ thống tốt;
+ Kỹ năng nghiên cứu, tổng hợp, phân tích & giải quyết vấn đề tốt;
+ Sử dụng thành thạo Figma;
+ Kỹ năng xây dựng Prototype cơ bản;
+ Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt;
+ Chủ động, ham học hỏi, có tư duy làm sản phẩm và tư duy cải tiến, phát triển.

2. UX/UI Designer (website thương mại điện tử):
+ Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm thiết kế UI/UX trong ngành thương mại điện tử;
+ Kỹ năng đọc, hiểu, viết tiếng Anh tốt;
+ Có kiến thức về UX Research;
+ Nắm vững các kiến thức về luật UX, Design Thinking, kiến thức chuyên môn về thiết kế trực quan UI design, Visual design;
+ Sử dụng thành thạo Figma;
+ Kỹ năng nghiên cứu & tổng hợp thông tin tốt;
+ Kỹ năng phân tích, đánh giá & giải quyết vấn đề tốt;
+ Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt;
+ Có khả năng thấu cảm, nhanh nhạy với các vấn đề của người dùng;
+ Chủ động, có tư duy làm sản phẩm và tư duy cải tiến, phát triển.
