**Planning**
- Arrange & create plan to increase database of customers and partners via Partnership Activity
- Brainstorm and create Partnership planning to add values to currenr Marketing plannings & customers benefits
- Plan activities to manage & usage of database
**Execution**
- Prepare materials, proposal, contracts for all Partnership Activity
- Manage relationship with companys partners to agreement of sponsorship, partnership, sign service contracts and/or exchange other benefits.
- Support maintaining relationships with current customers & partners
- Work with other departments (Operation, Procurement, Accounting,...) to ensure work progress & results.
**Report & Evaluation**
- Conduct research and produce reports of market and partners market (dark market, fashion, lifestyle,)
- Report and keylearning after event.
- Collect and synthesize information related to partners for development.

- 1-2 years of experience working in Marketing, Advertising, Events, Account/ Planning or Strategist in Agency,...
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working in Hospitality, F&B or Nightlife industry is a plus
- Understanding of production process
- Inspection for details of productions
- Excellent Business Communication skills both verbal & written
- Excellent skills in Office tools especially Powerpoint, Excel & Docs
- Excellent skills in layout & formats of presentation and plans
- Must be willing to travel and may work nights/weekends/holidays.
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Experience in dark market such as Liquor; Cigarettes is a plus
- Any Qualification or Portfolio in Art and/or Designs is a plus
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite; familiarity with multiple web browsers, window navigation and instant messenger tools.
- Vietnamese, English is a plus
