As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing marketing strategies to promote the company offering. This role involves developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns and collaborating cross-functionally to drive product awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop strategies and tactics to promote products in line with the company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure cohesive execution of marketing plans.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for product promotion and differentiation.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and other departments to align marketing efforts with product enhancements and launches.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including website content, advertisements, videos, and other promotional materials.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Drive continuous improvement by conducting A/B testing, market research, and customer feedback analysis to enhance marketing strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to expand product visibility.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goa

**Job** **Requirements**
- At least 2-year experience in same position in Crypto Currency Company
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Similar web or other reliable tools)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok and other social media platforms
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field

**Desirable Experience**
- Blockchain, Tokenomic, blockchain gaming
- Gaming, Gambling or trading game experience
- Knowledge of trading cryptocurrency or forex
- Knowledge of NFTs and NFT marketplaces
- Working within a decentralized global team

Pay: 20,000,000₫ - 25,000,000₫ per month
