**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Tham gia và triển khai ý tưởng cho Creative Campaign cùng với team Creative.- Xây dựng nội dung cho các sản phẩm creative bao gồm TVC, Viral, BumperAds, UA, KV mang đến những trải nghiệm mới mẻ cho người xem, kết nối với đối tượng mục tiêu và thúc đẩy hành động/ tương tác nhằm đạt được mục tiêu của từng giai đoạn campaign, đảm bảo cung cấp ý tưởng sáng tạo, khác biệt & phù hợp với mỗi yêu cầu của khách hàng.- Sáng tạo thông điệp, tagline, call to action, và voice off/ voice over.- Tham gia brainstorming kế hoạch của dự án với team internal & phối hợp với các team Production house để đảm bảo ý tưởng được truyền tải chính xác.- Nghiên cứu để thấu hiểu insight gamer ở các thị trường (VN/Global) từ đó đề xuất ý tưởng phù hợp.
- Tìm hiểu xu hướng quảng cáo, phát triển các hướng quảng cáo mới, kịp xu hướng đáp ứng cho nhiều sản phẩm game khác nhau

**Yêu cầu**:

- Có ít nhất 4 năm làm việc ở vị trí: Copy writer/ Content Creator tại các Creative Agency (đặc biệt có kinh nghiệm về lĩnh vực Social, Content trên các nền tảng: Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube,...).- Tốt nghiệp đại học/ cao đẳng chuyên ngành marketing, truyền thông, báo chí, ngôn ngữ.- Có kỹ năng triển khai ý tưởng độc đáo và hấp dẫn, thành thạo trong việc tạo ra nhiều định dạng nội dung khác nhau, bao gồm hình ảnh và video.- Có kỹ năng tốt trong giao tiếp và thuyết trình- Có khả năng multitask, làm việc nhóm tốt- Có thể**chịu được áp lực, chủ động trong công việc, thích ứng với các ưu tiên và thời hạn thay đổi.- Có hiểu biết và yêu thích về ngành game là một lợi thế.
- Có kỹ năng thuyết trình và giao tiếp Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Trung tốt là một lợi thế.
