1. Responsible deliver monthly/yearly target, ensure brands, MT activities, visibility. Follow monthly/quarterly company strategy

2. Work with PG, SR closely, market visit to ensure all plans in well execution, well operation. Coordinate with other departments (Finance, TMK..) to handle and solve unexpected situations.

3. Ensure the image at supermarket: product is full on the main shelf, PG working seriously with company process. Implement & roll out the company plan: brand campaign, promotion, new product launching. support to the PG, SR find these opportunity for other store

4. Coaching PG product knowledge and selling skills.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in MT
- Able to work under pressure,
- Good computer skills i.e, Power Point, Word and Excel. Good analytical skills.
- Good leadership.
- FMCG experience
- Good relationship with supermarket
