**About Tirlán**

**Role Profile**

The Account Executive will provide essential support to the Regional Manager by supporting on managing customer relationships, coordinating orders, assisting with Marketing activities across the region & and managing various administrative and operational tasks. This role is key in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving growth across the SE Asia region and effective internal coordination. This is a remote position, however, regular visits to the local distributor office is required, along with occasional domestic and international travel as needed.

**Professional experience**:

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail orientated
- Willingness to travel ( 5% of time)
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese essentia
