The Account Executive will play a key role in managing projects and client relationships. This individual will work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage proposal delivery, and ensure successful project execution. As a senior member of the Account Management team, you will also mentor junior team members, including interns, and collaborate with internal departments to deliver high-quality results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively seek and acquire new clients to expand the agency’s portfolio, contributing to overall business growth.
- Commit to achieving performance KPIs and business targets set by management, with a strong focus on accountability and results.
- Manage multiple client accounts, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring consistent communication and relationship development.
- Develop and execute proposals and project plans that align with client objectives and deliver measurable impact.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality campaigns.
- Lead project briefings and align internal stakeholders on campaign goals, expectations, and deliverables.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing challenges proactively and maintaining strong relationships.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- At least 3 years of experience in account or project management, preferably within an agency setting.

**Skills**:

- Proven skills in project management.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make actionable recommendations.

**What We Offer**:

- Salary range: GROSS 12,000,000 - 18,000,000 VND
