**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibility**:
**1. Account Management**
- Manage projects to ensure timely delivery and profitability.
- Ensure client satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Anticipate and effectively resolve risks arising during project execution.
- Improve work tools, management methods, and project management approaches to increase productivity and efficiency.

**2. Client Service**
- Maintain and nurture client relationships.
- Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term cooperation.

**3. IMC & Digital Expertise**
- Ability to create reports, analyze market trends, and propose improvements.
- Develop comprehensive and accurate briefs, ensuring all stakeholders understand and execute correctly.
- Manage the quality and KPIs of each supplier’s output.

**Qualification/Requirement**:

- **Work Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in an Account Executive role.
- **Other Skills**: Presentation, communication, and English writing skills.
- **Project Management & Client Service**:

- Experience in industries such as mother & baby products is an advantage.
- Experience and willingness to directly execute projects.
- Ability to adapt and respond to the continuous changes in the industry.
- Effective critical thinking skills.
