**About the Role**

StoryCo is looking for a **highly creative Story Producer** to join our globally distributed team. In this role, you will lead creative efforts across audio, video, and art to transform existing web comics into engaging video/motion comics using the StoryCo platform. You’ll be responsible for setting the **creative direction** of each adaptation while ensuring the integrity of the original work is preserved in its new multimedia format.

This position is ideal for a **storyteller with strong project management skills** - someone who thrives on collaboration, can guide multiple creative teams, and delivers high-quality work on schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and manage the **overall creative vision** for adapting web comics into videos/motion comics on the StoryCo platform.
- Review and edit scripts, ensuring proper formatting and adding cues for multimedia elements such as music, sound effects, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with art, audio, and video editors to align their contributions with the creative vision, ensuring seamless integration of all elements.
- Upload and time comic panels in StoryCo’s storytelling platform.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to fully understand platform capabilities and optimize creative workflows.
- Develop processes that improve efficiency and quality across multimedia adaptations.
- Act as a **quality gatekeeper**, maintaining consistency in tone, pacing, and style across projects.

**Requirements**:

- Strong storytelling instinct with a sharp sense of structure, pacing, and flow.
- Deep understanding of how sound, music, and visuals enhance narrative impact.
- Passion for **web comics or Webtoons** (as a fan or creator).

**Adept with Creative Technologies**
- Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, After Effects, and Clip Studio for visual editing.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new creative platforms or tools.

**Collaborative Mindset**
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, creative).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Fast Execution**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to deliver high-quality work in a **fast-paced environment**.

**High Agency**
- Proactive problem-solver, comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

**Language**
- English fluency required.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Directing, Production, Design, Digital Media, Illustration, or related field preferred.
