Become a central part of building up Forto in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh or Ha Noi)

Be responsible for the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of Forto's customer portfolio in Vietnam

Be responsible for your own customer portfolio and ensure contract renewals

Work closely with our customers, maintaining our customer relationships and actively contributing to their and our success

Anticipate future customer needs and improve our customer platform in close cooperation with our product development team

Implement sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets

Highlights to Head of Commercial on observations of market dynamics for example competitors' behavioral patterns

Responsible for conducting high quality presentation of the entire range of standardized products to customers

Establish and present customized offers to customers

Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures

Adhere to approved credit limits granted to customers and enforce previously agreed payment terms

Maintain good communication and working relationship with other departments in Forto

Informal influence to enable improvement and change within the organization

1+ years of sales and account management experience in freight forwarding/logistics
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills
A customer centric mindset and experience in driving business development
Reliability, independence, high motivation and the ability to work in a dynamic and demanding team
