Fund Operations Assistant

Main duties
- Perform fund/IMA operations such as NAV and performance calculation, position and cash management/ reconciliations, corporate action, account opening, trade settlement, deal contracts and reporting etc.;
- Maintain data track record for assigned funds;
- Liaise with internal or external parties, such as Legal & Compliance, Sales & Marketing, custodians, prime brokers, fund administrators etc.;
- Support new business, new product development, system configuration, system support and implementing control;
- Ensure that all deals execution, accounting/reporting and funds related policies & procedures are in line with the compliance and regulatory requirements;
- All other tasks as assigned;
**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines;
- Minimum two years hands on fund operations experience/fund accounting in Asset management/ fund administration;
- Good understanding in investment operations workflow and with strong experience in open-ended funds;
- Familiar with financial products in bond, equity, ETF, etc.;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Strong attention to Detail, Clients-oriented mindset, self-motivated, keen to learn, good team player, excellent communication.
