Operations Admin (Fund & Securities)
–
Open for Fresh Graduates

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞: Supporting daily operational and administrative activities related to fund and securities services, updating fund data, checking transactions, preparing financial reports, and handling corporate actions.

Location:
Capital Palace, 29 Lieu Giai Street, Ngoc Ha Ward, Ha Noi City

Working Time:
Mon – Fri (8h30 – 5h30)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Fund Operation Support

  • Help with daily accounting tasks for investment funds (e.g., updating fund data, checking transactions).

  • Prepare input data for calculating management fees and creating daily fund reports.

  • Review fund reports to make sure they follow the correct format required by regulators.

2. Corporate Action & Proxy Voting Support

  • Track announcements from companies (e.g., dividend payments, stock splits) and update them in the system.

  • Assist with proxy voting processes, including preparing and organizing related documents.

3. Documentation & Administration

  • Monitor incoming and outgoing letters, emails, and faxes, and send them to the correct teams.

  • Scan, print, and file documents as needed.

  • Help prepare reconciliation reports and other operational documents when requested.

4. General Support

  • Assist in ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks assigned by the DCC team.

  • Cooperate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of deliverables.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor of Accounting, Finance & Banking or related field

  • Experiences in similar role of Accounting, Finance or Securities, a big plus.

  • Basic understanding of fund operations, financial reports, or accounting principles.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.

  • English requirement: Written skill – strong & can communicate is a plus
