The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

**About the Team**:

- Onsite & Promotion Operation takes responsibility for managing the visibilities, content published on SPX website, mobile app, and rider/ driver app in overall to assure for high accuracy and consistency.

**Onsite & Content Control**:

- Allocate visibilities, manage all request designs & set up content/ banner published on SPX website/mobile app based on business priorities while ensuring a positive user experience
- Receive requests from other functional teams setting up landing pages and banners to promote SPX new service/ campaign/ promotion/ policies
- Set up PN to announce new policies/ changes to riders/ drivers/ sellers
- Ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality execution of the campaign by coordinating with other teams to validate information on requirements
- Monitor urgent request queues on and execute the request accordingly
- Conduct UAT test with related stakeholders to make sure for smooth execution when features are launched

**Promotion Set-up & Admin**:

- Work with commercial team to build up appropriate SOP, flow, and control risks of all seller treatments, promotion, loyalty programs
- Set up all direct discount, vouchers, and treatment for social sellers on system
- Prepare and get approval for TnC of MKT programs & SPX new services
- Collaborate with other teams to roll out and manage guidelines to increase adoption and participation in the working process

**Requirements**:

- Interested in working on feature testing and system setup.
- Eager to work & learn in a fast-paced environment, especially capable of quickly adapting to system changes
- Careful, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution and project management
- Good at communication and problem-solving
- Team player, with a positive attitude
- Advanced Excel skill is a plus
