Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven **Sales Vietnam Manager** to lead our sales operations in Vietnam. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and driving business growth in the Vietnamese market.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and market share objectives in Vietnam.- Lead, manage, and motivate the local sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors.- Identify and develop new business opportunities, customer segments, and growth markets.- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights and strategic direction.- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.- Provide regular training, mentoring, and performance reviews for the sales team to support their development.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term client engagement.- Oversee budget management and accurately forecast sales and revenue.- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging trends, and competitors’ activities to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in Vietnam or within the ASEAN region.- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.- Deep understanding of the Vietnamese market and cultural context.- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
