- Process orders based on production plan as well as actual situation. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with request department to meet orders requirement
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials, office items and other items from both local and oversea vendors.
- Evaluate vendor’s quotation by means to ensure that they match with quality, service and good prices.
- Assist Purchasing Manager in daily work if needed included but not limited such as: control team if Manager is not around, make reports as required, check work of team if required.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager and BOD

- University /College graduate
- At least 5-year experience at the same position
- Natural aptitude to establish good relationships and good communication skills.
- Ability to keep confidential and high commitment
- To be honest and high responsibility
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Effective organizational skill.
