**Job description**:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality digital and data-driven solutions.

You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery — from planning and execution to monitoring and continuous improvement — using Agile or hybrid methodologies.

Your mission is to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while fostering collaboration and a culture of agility.

Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage multiple Agile projects (Scrum / Kanban / Hybrid).
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, Retrospective.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Data, Design, Business).
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and outcomes clearly to all stakeholders.
- Track project performance using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Drive continuous improvement through metrics and feedback loops.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in project management, including 2+ years in Agile environments.
- Proven track record managing software, data, or enterprise solution projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and SDLC.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Nice-to-have:

- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, or Data Platform projects.
- Familiarity with Data Catalog, Data Lineage, and data integration (ETL) concepts.
- Background in SAP, ERP, or enterprise systems implementation.
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM I/II.
