**Role & Opportunities**:

- Analyze information provided by the client to effectively determine changes to the project's requirements and possible roadblocks.
- Track project changes and their impact on the cost/timeframe of project delivery.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and organized.
- Ensure quality control and review deliverables prepared by the team.
- Establish and grow a strong relationship will all client stakeholders.
- You’re a proficient communicator — able to provide clear updates on the development of projects and know how to describe issues and required actions to Software Engineers.
- Being the pacemaker of the project. You'll be a critical member of motivating and managing the Development team to meet deliveries and exceed expectations.
- Scoping new projects, providing work breakdown structures, cost/time estimates, and using your expertise to ensure the successful set-up of new projects.
- You understand the local culture and optimize the ways of working.
- No matter how big the build, you can keep a helicopter view at all times, and instead of freaking out, you are freaking good at dealing with conflicting requests and deadlines.

**Must have**
- You must speak and write in English.
- You love to geek out when it comes to new technologies because while managing relationships is your foremost responsibility, you've got to grasp technology in a way that allows you to help scope and propose target-driving quotes and timings.
- You are an outgoing, sociable individual, ready and willing to socialize and be part of the team culture and spirit.
- You know how to balance the client's objectives with the needs of our own company.
- You don't think in projects but in partnerships, developing the client relationship and work-streams milestones ahead.
- You make it your business to keep clients happy.
- You have superb planning as well as interpersonal skills for setting up and sustaining projects between teams and time zones is no easy feat and requires.
- Welcome fresher who has working experience as Business Analyst.

**Nice to have**
- 1-3 years of experience in a project management role, working closely with developers and quality assurance teams.
- You have extensive experience writing proposals and can propose solutions from either a basic technical or a creative perspective.
- Experienced in successfully managing complex technical projects and the ability to come up to speed quickly on how to implement new technologies.
- High energy and go-getter attitude; comfortable working autonomously.
- Technical/development background.
- Experience with social platform business domains.
- Agile Training / Project Management Certificates.
