- Welcome customers when they arrive and when they leave with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Support the departments to quickly implement check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
- Be flexible and skillful in introducing hotel services to guests, in order to increase hotel revenue.
- Always ask to receive feedback from guests, thereby coordinating with departments and management to solve problems that guests are facing.
- Based on the results of the customer satisfaction survey, propose services that suit the needs of guests or have plans to improve existing services.
- Carry out customer data storage and reports as required by management and units.
- Specific details will be discussed during the interview.

- Proficient in Office Informatics
- Proficient in English, knowing a second foreign language is an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at a Hotel/Resort
