**Overview**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded.
- Handle accounts receivable, issue invoices, and manage invoicing for software and eCommerce managed services.
- Send out friendly invoices, answer customer questions, and assist in properly describing the services worked on and billing.
- Manage accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company guidelines.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial data in databases, making information readily available.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Support accounting projects for both international entities.

**Your Skills**:

- Proven experience as an accountant.
- Experience preparing invoices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency with numbers and an analytical mindset.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Experience with accounting software like **QuickBooks**.
