**1. Nhân viên thu hồi nợ**: Trực tiếp thu hồi nợ tại nhà/địa chỉ của khách hàng theo danh sách được giao.
- Tổ chức thu hồi nợ các Khách hàng có nợ quá hạn tín chấp/ thẻ tín dụng được phân công.
- Manage collection activities of overdue unsecured loan / card customers as assigned._
- Liên lạc khách hàng, lên lịch hẹn gặp khách hàng để thu các khoản nợ được giao.
- Contact, make appointment and visit overdue unsecured loan /card customers to collect overdue debt in cash according to Overdue Payment schedule provided._
- Thuyết phục khách hàng hợp tác để thu được nợ
- Persuade and Consult customers of related unsecured loan / card debt information if necessary_
- Các công việc khác được phân công
- Other tasks are assigned by Director/Manager._
**2. Quy trình thu hồi nợ**:

- Tổ chức cuộc hẹn với khách hàng
- Make appointment with overdue customers_
- Gặp khách hàng và thu tiền mặt
- Visit customers and collect cash_
- Nộp tiền mặt cho chi nhánh gần nhất và giữ biên lai thu tiền
- Provide Cash receipt of the Bank_

**Job Requirement**:

- Có kiến thức về các sản phẩm vay cá nhân/ thẻ, các khoản phí liên quan
- Have knowledge of Shinhan Bank Personal Loan/Credit cards, especially information related to charge and fee, terms and conditions, etc._
- Ưu tiên Tốt nghiệp đại học, Chuyên ngành Luật
- Bachelor Degree, Law major is preferred_
- Tố chất: Trung thực, yêu thích công việc, cẩn thận
- Personality: Be truthworthy, passionate, careful in work_
- Có mong muốn làm việc lâu dài với Shinhan
- Long term commitment to work with Shinhan Bank_
