**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Senior Event (Production) Executive is responsible for working under management's instructions, handling many different tasks from receiving ideas to taking steps to make an event run smoothly. The work of a Senior Event (Production) Executive includes:

- Plan, estimate expenses, and report event budgets
- Secure venues, and contact suppliers for materials, equipment, food, decorations, etc.
- Work under the guidance of the event manager
- Oversee and implement event plans
- Experience in running on-site event support for the team
- Generate ideas, convey them through drawings, and communicate ideas to contractors and suppliers.
- Produce and print event materials according to client requirements
- Report work results to the manager.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years experience in event planning
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills; Quick response, good adaptability; Able to handle work pressure
- Diligent, enthusiastic, and responsible
- Excellent communication skills; ability to read and discuss work in English
- Proficient in image processing tools (vector, photos, etc.); knowledge of SketchUp is an advantage
- Understanding of materials
- Comply with information security requirements when requested.
