MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Manage, update and audit content of hotel website, OTAs and all online presence of Hotel Royal - Gallery
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies, vendor partners digital team
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide recommendation and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager
