Director of Marcom/ Assistant / Marcom Manager is part of an important team that creates and executes property-level communications to our customers. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing, and within the limits of established Wyndham Corporate/Sales/Marketing policies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of the Sales and Marketing operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to sales solicitation, advertising, and public relations. To serve the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by leading all sales activities for the hotel, achieving revenue and profit targets, and growing and developing a loyal customer base on behalf of the company.

- Fluent written and spoken English is required
- Decision maker and influencer - public speaking is required
- Independent, sociable, energetic, presentable, creative with strong leadership
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication/presentation skills
- Minimum 3 years experience and in-depth knowledge of food and beverage preferably in luxury resort
