**Definition of Department and Function**

Champion HUBB Project is a strategic project to transform organic agency team and build professional agency model for strategic markets Hanoi & HCMC and other key cities with big organic agency by transfer & strictly execution activity management model to AMD, AL & AR.

**Position Objective**

The Senior Director, Head of Champion HUBB is primarily responsible for shaping & ensuring the quality of professional agency model in Hanoi, HCMC and other big cities, enhance productivity of Champion Hubb Agency Leaders and Agents. This role will manage, develop and collaborate with Agency Sales Force to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and ensure Champion HUBB can effectively meet business KPI.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Strategy and planning for Champion HUBB
- Establishing a framework for Champion HUBB development, including short-term and long-term strategies, compensation policies applicable to all positions within Champion HUBB, standards and procedures for selection, interviewing, and recruitment.
- Shaping a professional agency model that could be transferred for smooth execution.
- Monitor, track and make recommendations on financial effectiveness of CH program.
- Provide design and insight on CH compensation scheme and expenses structure for continuous improvement.
- Proposing initiatives and strategic directions for expanding Champion Hubb in big cities and manpower increase.
- Stakeholders Collaboration
- Business Partnering with DCAO and AMD+ in terms of diagnosis and identification of the indicators to set yearly plan; alternative plans defined to meet strategic KPI.
- Organizing and facilitating regular working sessions, forums and strategic meetings to foster collaboration and transparency among stakeholders including AMD+, Project Directors, Trainers.
- Working closely with the Training & Development team to ensure training roadmap for Champion HUBB Agency Leaders and Agents are structured effectively and continuously improved based on the agency force’s feedbacks.
- Collaborating with IT and Digital team to facilitate the integration of digital tools, reports and platforms that empowers Champion HUBB Project Directors and stakeholders, streamline operations.
- Promote and position CH as Vietnam Chubb Life Signature program both locally and regionally.
- To work and corporate with Chubb Life Global Office and other markets to enhance training and activities development contents.
- Collaborating with DC and finance team to ensure the adjustment on compensations are well related to quality growth of Champion HUBB.
- Leading Project Directors to transfer and execute effectively professional agency model in big cities with strict activity management.
- Establishing, recruiting, and managing Project Directors and operational staff to support Champion HUBB growth.
- Implementing HR practices for the Champion HUBB workforce, including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance evaluation, rewards & incentive policy and leadership development.
- Transferring SOP activity management, training & coaching Project Directors to execute Champion HUBB SOP model effective.
- Encouraging Agency Leaders and Agents participation in Champion HUBB through regular training, coaching and motivation to agents.
- Performance monitoring and reporting
- Consolidation and analyzing insights from multiple departments to assess the effectiveness of Champion HUBB.
- Managing the dashboard for tracking performance, conduct analytics review, enabling prompt actions to be taken and updates to senior management on project progress, key challenges, and recommended adjustments.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 6 years of fulltime work experience, with demonstrable experience in full-time agency projects and activity management for professional agency force model in other insurance companies.
- Project consultancy and management consultancy. Prior P&L ownership and/or business unit ownership is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced level in Microsoft Office in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
- Should have basic knowledge level in data analytics
- Strong in senior stakeholder management and working collaboratively across departments.
- Work across all functions in MCL, including local and regional teams.
