Business Transformation Lead is responsible for the following tasks:

- Work with CTO to build up initiatives (short-term and long-term) for Company
- Manage and cooperate with related parties to deploy the initiatives for Company effectively and timely.
- Involve extensive collaboration with stakeholders across company and support CTO for sponsors collaboration and to transform company’s practice consistent with its goals and objectives.
- Support leadership and guidance to align with various operations and support Services Company wide.
- Support overall leadership associated with all support services and technical disciplines in the design or re-engineering of the company’s overall system.
- Manage these high risk and complex initiatives from initiation through to completion and will be responsible for the design and implementation of operational support plans to ensure sustainable implementation and ongoing adoption of the new processes.
- Support Workstream Champions and Workstream Leads on weekly basis to manage and control of activities/initiatives.
- Other tasks assigned by Management

**Job Requirements**:
Work Experience : Min 10 years in Transformation/business improvement or related filed.
Specialty/Qualification
- Extensive experience leading business transformation, planning and managing multiple complex projects involving major changes to business processes, workflow, and preparation of staff and/or stakeholders for the changes
- Highly experienced in various Business Transformation exercises, especially in Oil & Gas industry with proven success.

Experience in commercial/trading, Joint venture offtake agreements will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in different transformation like financial, Supply chain, commercials, HR, IT etc.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a challenging environment.
- Superior interpersonal, change management, project management, team building, communication, negotiation, decision-making skills, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.
- Extensive experience working directly with leadership and analysis required to inform organizational planning, manage performance, identify improvement opportunities, and make decisions.
- Highly effective influence, negotiation, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across the enterprise.
- Strong financial management skills to establish controls, track resource/costs and provide effective business solutions.
- Proven experience working preferred Oil & Gas industry to achieve best practices, in a collaborative, team focused and engaging leadership manner
