JOB PURPOSE

This position works with Internal functions including Warehouse/Purchasing/Logistics and External Parties ie Forwarder/Logistics Service/Custom and others to ensure the of Import, Export activities.

Key Related Activities

1. Import/ Export
- Ensure all time compliance of the import/export activities in accordance with law and regulation.
- Ensure correct declaration of information to customs and other relevant offices are made through service provider
- Ensure the suffient recording and filling system
- Knowledge about VNACCS.
- Contact with forwarders to arrange export shipment under terms EXW, CIF, DAP.
- Knowledge about SAP (SO, delivery note, billing, stock...)

2. Team Support And Others
- Support Supply Chain team member as needed from time to time.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Specialized and Technical Knowledges
- University or college degree
- Strong knowledge of Logistics/Import/Export
- Good Excel/SAP
- Good command in English
- Management Tools
- MS Office. (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- ERP system (SAP).
- Preferred Experience
- At least 3 years experience in Logistics/Import/Export in company with many import and export activities or Logistic Company
